hello everyone,

does anyone have a pair of lb1s on a shelf gathering dust? I have a little lecson collection and I would LOVE to work on a pair. This might be the only place to find one...

Hi Alex,

Yes I do....but sorry, they are rarer than gold and so they will stay in my (not so small) Lecson collection! They sound a LOT better than expected, but my pair is the only pair I saw at ebay in the last 8-10 years...or so. Keep looking for a pair, they are really worth it and never got the success they would certainly have deserved.

I did get some lynettes (pretty nice sounding) and also had some fabulous foam custom made for them: I did the spec and graham hurtle got them made. They fit perfectly and look identical to the old pics as far as I can tell. He's selling them on ebay. Highly recommended!

Hi Alex, Japan is the way … check Hifishark, most of the last one for sell come from auction there .. cheers. Stephen

Hi Alex,

Believe it or not: I KNOW ! :)))  Contacted Graham last year, he told me about his sale and even sent me the pictures YOU did send to him ! Small world ! For some reason we lost contact before I could buy a pair ! Might change my mind now! Did see his ebay offer, but still thinking if foams plus shipping plus 19% sales tax on top of it (thanks to Brexit) are really worth it. All together could end up in the region of 140 Euros for a pair of foams......  Well, honestly: chances are I will ignore the price tag ! :))

Trying to attach some pics of my Lynettes, still without foams, but just bought some.... Mine also have custom made stands and I always enjoy the handfull of colourful straws inside.

Thanks Stan for that gimmick! Love it ! So now attach the pics, hope it will not end in chaos, as uploading pictures is a sometimes a gamble. You never know how they will end up....

Thanks for the well wishes, sadly i am very busy with my work which is why i am replying late, i am 64 and so looking forward to my retirement, thanks for the dance of the irish creatures...i know one person who says that really exist and that they exist here too, maybe he's read too many Tolkien books!
