Nestled in picturesque downtown charm and, in 2024, celebrating its 50th anniversary, the Bloomington Community Farmers' Market is a vital part of the local food culture. Plan to take part in special commemorative events that will recognize the market's founders and special advocates.
Market goers can expect to find a wide assortment of goods from the farm and field, including fruits and vegetables, eggs, meats and cheeses, honey, seasonal flowers, and annual and perennial plants. Food and beverage artisans provide a tasteful variety of satisfying breads, drinks, pastries, and savory dishes. This weekly gathering provides individuals the opportunity to connect with their community in meaningful ways while supporting small farmers and businesses.
The non-profit FFM believes that local family farms can remain successful with support from the market to stay productive. Productive family farms are important to both the economic and environmental structures of Middle Tennessee communities and the Franklin Farmers Market is working to ensure the future of farming in Tennessee.

Year-round at Central Park in downtown Davis, thousands gather each week to shop for what is grown, raised, and made locally at our markets. We are dedicated to bringing farmers right to your table, so we stay open rain or shine.
Walk rows of stalls lined with an array of fruits and vegetables, including certified organic produce, choice meats, chicken, seafood, wine, local eggs and honey. What comes to mind when you think of farmers markets? Seasonal produce, colorful flowers, freshly baked bread, music? While the Davis Farmers Market has a positive effect on your Saturday morning or Wednesday afternoon, it also makes a direct impact on our broader community and its food system.
The Davis Farmers Market is a great place for farmers to grow, and community members to go. We educate the public and schoolchildren about nutrition, sustainable agriculture, and the local economic value of buying food and products directly from the producer.
And since 2000, our Davis Farm to School program has supported the Davis Joint Unified School District, providing farm- and garden-based education, increasing farm-fresh foods in school meals, and reducing solid waste through recycling and composting.
Please note: All booth inquiries must include completed applications. Other than agricultural-related crafts, we do not accept non-food vendors that are for-profit entities. Informational booths are solely for nonprofits or political causes. If you do not receive a response to your email within 48 business hours, your application does not meet our strict qualifications.
The nonprofit Davis Farmers Market Alliance educates and engages the public about nutrition, sustainable agriculture, and the economic value of buying locally grown food and locally sourced products, and oversees the Davis Farm to School program. Donations may be tax-deductible. Tax ID #47-4702989.
