My FITBIT sense keeps randomly switching to a black clock face. I'll have it on my main clock face then it will all of a sudden go to a black one I didn't install. I then have to hit the side button to get it back to my original face? I haven't changed any settings or anything, it just randomly started doing it yesterday. I've tried other clock faces and the same black screen reappears.

I really relied n loved my fitbit versa however the screen has been blank for the last 6 weeks i bought it from currys 2 years ago when i retired grom nursing i am so list withought it and no one cares after all the years i spent caring no one cares about me
Really wondering if the issue is just that they have not tuned this new sensor enough for average people, and that with more data it will end up being more accurate. In the meantime I am looking for a new gym watch as my versa 1 is starting to die and debating which to go for. Starting to think versa 2 then wait 2 years and get whatever fitbit turns into after Google finishes gobbling it up.
Owh, not to mention.. once you purchased the fitbit sense, all apps you enjoyed to live with will soon vanish after 6 months..
In my opinion.. please study many brands of smartwatch before purchasing any.
The stress management feature ties in with Fitbit's relatively recent focus on wellness. The EDA scanner uses skin temperature to ascertain stress levels, and delivers a stress management score visible in the Fitibit app, which allows you to get a sense of your stress levels over time. A daily score is given out of 100, and the part of the Fitbit app that provides this score also gives access to mindfulness activities. A Fitbit Premium subscription opens the full mindfulness range, with a subset available on the free Fitbit app. You can also, if so inclined, log your mood.
You'll then be asked to log how you're feeling (i.e., very calm, calm, neutral, stressed) so that the Fitbit app can connect a specific mood to your score. At the moment, logging your mood simply allows you to make more sense of your overall score when reflecting back. But in the future, that data might also make it easier for your Fitbit to predict stress levels based on your EDA Scan.
Of course, it's tough to measure accuracy when it comes to this feature, but I can confirm that it registered when I was feeling warmer than usual one night. I'd gone to bed wearing both a T-shirt and a sweatshirt, and took off the latter because it was way too hot in my room. The next morning, the Sense recorded that I was .3 degrees Fahrenheit above my baseline. The increase in temperature also makes sense since my next menstrual cycle is supposed to start in about three days.
