This is one of my favourite covers of all time! This song in itself is quite quirky and getting the vibe right in a cover is quite challenging. However, Sushant absolutely killed it and I would love to watch him sing this live one day!

During his course at the Delhi College of Engineering, Rajput enrolled himself in Shiamak Davar's dance classes.[9] Soon afterward, he also began attending acting classes under the theatre director Barry John.[17][18] Rajput later stated that he found the experience to be liberating and wanted to continue doing it forever.[19] He featured as a background dancer in the Dhoom Again song of Dhoom 2 and in Aishwarya Rai's performance at the closing ceremony of the 2006 Commonwealth Games.[20] In 2006, he dropped out of his engineering course during his fourth year to begin a career in arts and performance.[21][22] He moved to Mumbai, took up odd jobs and small roles alongside working in the theatre industry.[23] Rajput eventually joined Nadira Babbar's theatre group called the Ekjute in which he remained for two and a half years.[24][25]

Ghimire has released six original songs so far. His recent song Jindagi Sarara Motor Gadima released on January 30 has crossed 100,000 views and is at number 5 on the trending list for music on YouTube.

Although Sushant Ghimire is all known for Jindagi Sarara Motor Gadima today, he did not have any plan to release the full-fledged song anytime soon. He composed the lyrics during a motorbike ride and he says his experience of riding the motorbike inspired him to compose its chorus.

With this exciting reaction to his creation, he was inspired to complete the song. So, he visited his hometown Chatara in eastern Nepal and completed it. It took him around a month to finalise the entire song and its music video. The music video depicts a story of a middle-aged man inspired by Mr Bean.

Back in 2015, Sushant Ghimire began covering songs and posting them on social media. At the same time, he also began learning guitar on his own. Some of his covers of Kali Pari, Aankhako Nind and Najeek are still available on his official YouTube account.

Then, to spend his days, Sushant Ghimire began writing and composing songs. He started finding life and happiness in it. Such a feeling motivated him to pursue music professionally and he wrote more songs.

Ghimire just does not want to limit his musical skills by writing songs; he wants to explore them further. In that regard, he also gave a musical performance in the play Kohi Kina Barbad Hos directed by Che Shankar, which was staged at Kunja Theatre in 2022.

Sushant Ghimire is back with his new song, Jindagi Sararara. Jindagi Sararara became a TikTok sensation in Nepali Tiktok after people started posting travel videos accompanied by the song. The song gained traction quickly and became a fan favourite.

Sushant Ghimire presents the studio version of the song. Jindagi Sararara is a fun song, a song with a delightful melody and thoughtful lyrics people of all ages can relate to. While the chorus is memorable and catchy, the song has a philosophical theme, questioning life in general.

Produced by Saswot Shrestha at Omniphonics studio, the song has been produced with passion and love. Taking influences from acoustic pop, Blue grass and Nepali folk music, the song is well produced, arranged and performed.

Born on February 2, 1996, the songster was enchanted by music since his early childhood days, growing up listening to many Western pop musicians and Nepali outfits like The Uglyz and Nima Rumba. Even before he knew the rudiments of guitars, KC persuaded his mother to buy him the instrument. His evolved musical aspirations later shifted towards artistes like Ed Sheeran and Sajjan Raj Vaidya in the Nepali context.

For the song, KC has collaborated on music production with dexterous sound engineer Foeseal; the heartwarming video is a production of Stellar Studios with Nayan Rai on direction; Nisseem Shrestha and Aaditya Shrestha on assistant director; Ananta Paudel on creative direction; Ashok Adhikari on edit/VFX; Anjon Limbu as the colourist, amidst other cast and crew members.

The storyline portrayed in the video is indistinguishable to many Nepali families, the daily-life struggle faced by hundreds of Nepalese only to eventually seek better lifestyle promises in foreign employment is a tragic tale of every other family in the country. Many songs, films, standup sets, art displays and other mediums of expression have time and again pinpointed this issue yet the situation remains just as omnipresent to this day and every new piece of art reflecting this tragedy is just as poignant.

The song "Sarangi" by Sushant KC explores themes of longing and the power of love. The lyrics depict the emotions of a person who is deeply connected to someone they love and cannot bear to be separated from them.

The bridge repeats the chorus, emphasizing the impact of their loved one's absence and their yearning for them. The outro repeats the idea of destiny bringing the narrator and their loved one together. The song concludes by suggesting that this song is written out of a sense of fate and destined connections.

According to The Indian Express, the title track of Dil Bechara was the last song to be picturised on Rajput. The report adds director Mukesh Chhabra and choreographer Farah Khan had recently revealed that the number is a one-take song, and they were confident that Rajput would "effortlessly" pull it off.
