Did you change anything on your router set up? The wifi fan in the top left of the screen only tells you the pad sees a wifi signal, and does not tell you if you are connected, and it sounds like your router security is no longer accepting your pad and your phone. A couple of things to try.

Thanks pjl123, I have tried it all..even changed the security type in router to WPA..I have checked IPAD is connected to my WIFI...I can access router from IPAD...but internet is not working...All of sudden all mobile devices have stopped working on internet while they continue to show connected on WIFI..:-(
