Render PDF file Stored on Server without download PDF File

Hi,

is it possible to render the pdf  file with downloading it from server.

Currently it's working as follow:-
a.) First we download the PDF file from server, then we are rendering it.

My problem is, downloading the PDF from server is taking much time, So is there any way to render the PDF file stored on server without downloading it?
