Focus: Data Analysis, Operational Excellence, Cross-functional Project Delivery

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 12+ years of overall experience to lead cross-functional projects focused on data analysis and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have moderate Business Analyst (BA) experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and domain expertise in Finance (preferred) or Life Sciences/Pharma.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Lead Data Analysis and Operational Expenditure (OpEx) initiatives to support business objectives.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional requirements for technical teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and execute communication plans to provide regular project updates and maintain stakeholder engagement.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and optimize workflows.
• Track project progress, manage risks, issues, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Drive governance activities, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Proactively identify opportunities for strategic initiatives and continuous process improvement.
• Mentor team members and promote project management best practices.
