Job Description:

Duties Provides professional expertise on Application Development assignments and projects within the CollateralI Q platform. Contributes to the design and development of moderately complex systems and subsystems, utilizing a solid understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs. Collaborates with business unit and IT teams across all phases of application programming and development processes across diverse platforms and computing environments (e.g., distributed systems, client-server, cloud-based technologies, and tools). Works closely with product and IT teams to identify and implement application development solutions, including new or modified programs, reuse of existing code, integration of purchased solutions, or a combination of available alternatives. Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and recommends efficient and cost-effective approaches to application development challenges. Codes new or modified programs, reuses existing code through program development best practices, and integrates third-party or purchased solutions as needed.

Skills Full Stack Engineer Experience Required 8+ yearsFull Stack Engineer for an enterprise AI-powered CollateralI Q platform.

This is a hands-on development role requiring someone who can actively build and deliver features across the full stack

Required Skills:

Backend Core Python Fast API Django Flask RESTful APIs Design and implementation SQL Al chemy ORMA sync programming (async/await)Frontend (Core)React – Modern React with hooks JavaScript / TypeScript State management Redux Context API PostgreSQL Production experience query optimization Docker Containerization Kubernetes EKS Container orchestration, Microservices Experience working in distributed systems. System design Scalability performance reliability, OpenAI API integration experience. Semantic search implementation. Specialized DatabasesNeo4j or graph databases Cypher Data Engineering AWS Glue or Apache Spark ETL ELT pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-On Development Implement features across frontend React and backend Python/FastAPI Optimize performance of APIs database queries and UI components.
• Debug and resolve production issues.
• Write clean maintainable well-tested code Collaboration.
