Description:

• As the AWS AI Expert, you will drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and machine learning solutions across the enterprise.
• You’ll collaborate with AI Architects, Cloud Engineers, and CRM Development Teams (e.g., Salesforce) to deliver scalable, ethical, and high-impact AI systems.
• Your expertise will span both Generative AI (GenAI) models—such as Gemini, GPT-4, and similar large language models and traditional NLP/Deep Learning architectures.
• This is a hands-on technical leadership role that requires both deep ML expertise and strong system design and mentorship skills.
• You will shape the AI strategy, ensure technical excellence, and uphold ethical standards in all AI-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning and GenAI models in collaboration with AI Architects, Cloud Engineers, and CRM Development Teams.
• Evaluate and fine-tune state-of-the-art models and integrate them into enterprise systems such as Salesforce.-Guide retraining efforts to maintain model performance, fairness, and ethical standards.
• Ensure AI governance and ethics by monitoring for bias, ensuring data privacy compliance, and adhering to responsible AI principles.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and research to continuously innovate and improve AI capabilities within the organization.-Document architectures, workflows, and model lifecycles for transparency, reproducibility, and audit readiness.

Required Qualifications-

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).-Proven experience in Machine Learning Engineering or AI Solution Design, with demonstrated leadership or tech lead responsibilities.-
• Deep expertise in Generative AI, LLMs and traditional ML/NLP/Deep Learning techniques.-Proficiency in Python and related ML frameworks -Strong experience with AWS cloud platforms.
• Preferred / Nice to Have-Professional Machine Learning or AI certifications -Experience in Healthcare Payer or Healthcare Technology environments
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
• Understanding of data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices.
• Experience mentoring or training teams in AI/ML concepts and implementation.
• Strong project management or agile delivery experience.
