Job Summary

Client is seeking an experienced TIBCO Architect with strong expertise in TIBCO integration technologies and Microsoft Azure cloud platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing enterprise integration solutions that enable seamless communication across cloud and on-premises systems. This role requires hands-on experience with TIBCO products, Azure integration services, API management, messaging, and cloud-native architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect enterprise integration solutions using TIBCO products and Azure services.
• Lead integration strategy, architecture, and best practices for hybrid cloud environments.
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions.
• Design API-led integration using Azure API Management and TIBCO API solutions.
• Architect event-driven and message-based solutions using Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, and Event Hubs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead migration of legacy integration platforms to Azure cloud.
• Define integration standards, governance, security, and reusable frameworks.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, monitoring, and operational excellence.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycles.
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment strategies.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks and EMS.
• 3+ years of experience designing cloud-native integration solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns (EIP).
• Experience with API design and management.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
• TIBCO Certified Professional certifications
• TOGAF Certification
• Kubernetes or Docker certifications
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or other enterprise applications
