Installing pygame on a Mac

Has anyone successfully installed pygame on a Mac (as per Chapter 7)?

At http://pygame.org/download.shtml I notice that the available packages are for Python versions 2.4-2.6 and am not sure what we need to work with version 3.1.1. Anyone know where to go for the Right Thing?

Ahhh ... I can see why David's hands were shaking. Does Head First have a book for this page? http://pygame.org/wiki/MacCompile
