Last week, in preparation for showing stuff at Education Datapalooza, Brokers of Expertise published two sets of resources from the Smithsonian into the Learning Registry. The first is a collection of 1036 resources from the National Museum of American History. You can see those resources in the LR (

http://myboe.org/go/groups/nmah. We also re-published the Smithsonian Education resources from an updated dataset, removing many 404 errors and providing much better descriptions and tags. With the removal of the previous LR records (thanks Jim), there are now 1548 Smithsonian Education records in the LR public node (
http://goo.gl/NgvyY) and also browsable on Brokers:
http://myboe.org/go/groups/scems. The majority of these are complete & highly-polished lesson plans, made in collaboration with different Smithsonian Institution units to highlight specific resources in their collections.
