Free.ed.gov and learningregistry.org will be down this weekend

The free.ed.gov and learningregistry.org sites will be down from 6pm Friday EDT - noon Sunday EDT for network maintenance.

This will not affect the LR production or sandbox nodes, which are hosted elsewhere.
