node01 and node02 downtime Feb 13

The Learning Registry public nodes, node01.public.learningregistry.net and node02.public.learningregistry.net, will be down for upgrades on February 13, 2018 starting at approximately 10pm ET. We're moving these nodes to upgraded AWS instances running Ubuntu 16.
