4. Some people find that one of the most challenging aspects of the wiki experience is getting started.
Hi,
I will unfortunately not be able to participate this time around. My schedule and deadlines will not allow it right now.
Many Thanks

Hi Wayne
All done yesterday, Wayne, as Gladys has opened the forum for eL4C31 (Gladys)to introduce themselves in the coming days. The forum was empty with only the facilitators being members.
I do however need to mention that I have received spam twice of some person who is coming in through the list. I have reported the person yesterday and blocked the email address. Is this what you are referring to?
Cheers,
Patricia

Dear Driss,
The next Learning4Content workshop (eL4C31) starts officially on Monday, and Gladys Gahona, the lead facilitator for this workshop has kindly opened the forum already, to enable participants to introduce themselves to their fellow participants.
Tomorrow’s Live session at WIZIQ is not formally part of the Learning4Content programme, but provides a good opportunity if you are interested to learn about the different copyrights also in perceptive that WikiEducator only allows two licenses to be used on WikiEducator, which are 1) Attribution and 2) share alike (cc-by-sa). If you would like to attend, click on the icon under the Pre-Work tab under our courses’ ‘workshop schedule’ and join the group. Included was a link to check your local time
the formal L4C workshop runs from Monday, October 26, to November 6, 2009 (10 consecutive days excluding the weekends).
You will need to formally register on the course registration site with your gmail account
http://www.wikieducator.org/Learning4Content/Registration
Gladys will pick this up and will send you a formal invitation to join the Google forum, where the training will be carried out. Just accept the link embedded in that email which will come to you, create your profile in the Google forum and introduce yourself.
All further emails will arrive in your gmail account. Please bear in mind that the first two days, many people will introduce themselves, so the email traffic in your inbox will increase a little. This will reduce after the first couple of days.
Hope this helps.
Warm wishes,
