Dear Friends at eL4C15

As suggested by Nellie in her message to the Group, I am starting
this Discussion Topic.
My suggestion is that we list the topics here and for more details add
link to our userpages. On userpage, start a Topic Called My areas of
interest for Collaboration.
This way our messages can be short and easy to read.
Looking Forward to everyine responding in this discussion.
Remember our main aim is content development, so far we have learnt
how to do it.

Dear Gita,
congratulations on the amazing use of colour on your userpage!

My area of interest is English for Specific Purposes:

My basic idea is that open materials for teaching subjects like
mathematics, science etc. (if they are written in English) then need
some adapting and additional materials to make them understandable for
students who have a different first language. I am involved in this
sort of work in Russia. The project should also be connected with the
Simple English wikipedia http://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page
