Reinforcement Learning Summer School (RLSS 2026) - Milan, Italy

Applications are now open for the Reinforcement Learning Summer School (RLSS) 2026 🥕, which will take place in Milan, Italy, from June 3 to June 12, 2026.

RLSS 2026 is organized by Politecnico di Milano and the University of Milan, jointly with the ELLIS Unit Milan, and will bring together students, researchers, and practitioners for an intensive in-person summer school on the foundations and frontiers of reinforcement learning.

The program will cover a broad range of topics, including:

• reinforcement learning theory
• multi-agent systems
• RL and LLMs
• real-world applications of RL
• and more.

The school is primarily designed for Master’s and PhD students with a background in machine learning who would like to specialize in reinforcement learning. Postdocs and industry professionals interested in moving into RL research are also warmly encouraged to apply.
