Export exporting name and mbox as blank

Hi There,

I am currently exporting data from LL and some of my items are exporting name and mbox out as blank. The ones that are coming out as blanks have come from a different source, however from  LL statement viewer I can see that the fields are not blank.

Any ideas.

The report you're exporting, the export you're using, the exported file, and the statement viewer that shows the fields aren't blank.

The name and mbox are not defined in the screenshots you have provided hence why it's blank in your export.

The account identifier is used in the actor rather than the mbox. Also the Actor isn't given a name. The account holds the name, which when inside an account is an identifier not an actual "name". Please see the specification for further clarification.
