Dear Colleagues,
We are very pleased to inform you that the “Winter School on the Evolutionary Foundations of Economic Behaviour” will take place on the 5, 6, and 7 July this year at the Queensland University of Technology, in Brisbane.
This three-day Winter School will provide participants with an overview of different approaches investigating the origins of human behaviour: evolutionary game theory, the evolutionary foundations of preferences, and the synthesis program which consists in recovering rational explanations for behavioural biases.
The Winter School will feature the following speakers:
Arthur Robson (University of British Columbia)
Jonathan Newton (Kyoto University)
Maria Kleshnina (Toulouse School of Economics)
Greg Kubitz (Queensland University of Technology)
Lionel Page (University of Queensland)
The Winter School is free to attend. It is particularly well suited for PhD students and early career researchers but it is open to all.
You can find the program here. Please register ahead of time as we have a limited number of places for the Winter School. Thank you.
Best wishes,
Greg Kubitz and Lionel Page
