Conference Team Follow Up - Please read and respond tonight

Hey guys,

I want to first echo Joe's words and say a huge THANK YOU to you all for your hard work.  I can't even tell you how much positive feedback I got throughout the day - it was a constant stream! - and you all made that happen!

Aside from the team fun scheduled on the 14th, there are a few other steps for us to follow in order to close out the Conference season:

Team Feedback:
-Please take a moment to add your feedback to our Master Logistics Spreadsheet on google docs.  The last tab in this document is devoted to gathering your "pluses" (things that you think went really well) and "deltas" (things that didn't go so well that you think we should change next time).  Please be sure to assign each piece of feedback a category to help us keep it organized.  The categories are listed to the right in the spreadsheet.  Please speak freely in this doc as your honesty will be helpful - just keep feedback short and to the point!

Thank You Cards:
-I have nice LEARN thank you cards that need to be sent to all panelists and contacts.  I have created a list (the second to last tab in the above Logistics google doc) of who should get cards.  Please take a moment to look over this list, add names that are missing, and insert mailing addresses of your contacts for safe keeping.
-I want you all to be able to write your own thank yous, but LEARN will cover postage.  This just means that you'll need to pick up cards from me asap and get them back to me completed before Friday.  Here are the places I'll be sitting tomorrow getting work done.  Please respond and confirm whether or not you'll be able to swing by at any of these times!

• Tomorrow, Tuesday, between 2:30pm-4:30pm - In GSE Lounge (Ashley, Rebecca Y, Christy, Will, Aman, Rebecca G, Tanya, Archana)
  
• Tomorrow, Tuesday, between 4:35-5:30pm - Law cafe area (Joe, Kelly, George)
  
• Adam, like we discussed today, you and I will touch base Thursday about your cards once your schedule has settled!
  

*NOTES on filling out the cards:

• Please don't seal the cards!  I might put some photos in them before I send!
• Please sign the cards from "your name and the LEARN Team" (eg - Sincerely, George and the LEARN Team)

Thanks for sending this out.  I thank you all for your hard work, but ask that you muster some more energy for LEARN for the next few days before break, since getting these Thank Yous out is really important for our reputation (and yours too).

Yes, we definitely need everyone to muster their energy to get these last tasks done!  I've heard from pretty much everyone - Tanya, I'll give Archana however many cards you both need for sponsors, so no need to stop by tomorrow.  And I'm sure I'll hear from Aman after he turns his comp exam in tomorrow at 9am.  Be strong, Aman!

Please don't forget to input addresses into the spreadsheet asap!  We definitely need them to send the envelopes but also for safe keeping in our LEARN contact list.
