Prep tomorrow - please check before 10am tomorrow!

Hey guys,

Hope you all have had a nice week!  Here are a few reminders and updates to read before we meet tomorrow at 10am.  We'll be meeting at the bottom of the big staircase you'll see to the right when you walk into the entrance on Sansom street.  There are two glass front study rooms to the left once you get to the bottom of the stairs - we'll be in one of them!  My cell is 808-276-7987 in case you get lost. 

Kelly and Aman, we'll see you both at 3:15 for the final team meeting of the day.  Christina, look out for updates from me on how to prepare in absentia :) 

Reminders:

• Bring your laptop tomorrow so we can work on some electronic docs together.

Some tasks we'll tackle tomorrow:

• Completing your panel intro and outro script (including special announcements to be made for transitions)
• Printing off signs you'll need for panels, lunches, etc
• Preparing the name tags and folders for all the guests
• Reviewing the Q2Q, which is our master logistics document
