Hi All,

We need about 20 Lunch & Learn Discussions, but definitive confirmations from speakers have been lethargic.  As of right now, we only have 7 that are fully confirmed, and I need to e-mail Conference Registrants to ask them to register for these discussions this week (in a day or two).

That means I need all of you whose speakers these are (1) to reach out to them to confirm that they are attending, (2) and I also need you to work with the speakers to come up with a set of backup questions for the discussion.  (1) is the priority.  Please check the table below to see if you have any responsibilities on this.

Hi all,
We actually have 16 confirmed, do not worry.

Joe and everyone- the spread sheet is a working document, and the way Adam and I have things organized is that orange means Aman, green means Adam, and BLUE MEANS CONFIRMED (and then we use the confirmed space to show where we are in progress with them)

Sorry about the confusion- when we meet this week things will be clearer,
Aman

Thanks for clarifying for the group Aman.  And I just confirmed three additional lunch speakers so we have 19 total (Aman and Adam you were both cc'd).  Looks like based on logistics walk throughs that we'll have space for up to 21 or 22 lunches.  If there are a few more speakers from other panels that can confirm, that would be great.  We'll need to accommodate a lot of people at lunch time!
