"מזמור שיר ליום השבת, טוב להודות לד'..."

"Each insect, animal, and fish is provided with organs, abilities, and instincts which have the purpose of assisting in the plans of the Creator. Each animal functions perfectly, in accordance with its needs and circumstances. The fish is equipped with a tail rudder and with fins to propel it and to act as diving vanes, exactly like a submarine. The bird is equipped with flying wings, whose feathers are a marvelous lightweight material superlatively suited to the task of pushing against the air. The pointed hard beak is purposefully made for the function of picking into the earth to extract insects or seeds. The ox, goat, and deer are armed with horn bayonets to repel enemies. The bird does not need to be taught the art of fabricating a nest, and the beaver is born with the skill to erect a dam. The birds and fishes migrate, by instinct, over vast distances, and they return to their exact places of origin. Thus wherever we look we see the overwhelming demonstration of plan and purpose."
