"Let us stand amazed at the Creator's plan in the recycling of the body materials. The kidneys circulate and recirculate the blood to keep it clean, so that over 2,000 pounds of blood pass daily through the 280 miles of tubules of the kidneys. Similarly, the body does not permit its iron to go lost. It is extremely economical and constantly reuses the iron from worn-out red cells to create new hemoglobin.

Similar recycling goes on throughout the body, and each instance is a marvel of plan-and-purpose which testifies to the wisdom of the Great Designer."
