Hey LEAPers!

Reminder: Meeting tomorrow in F-non's lovely Quest/ALF room at noon.  We've got so much to talk about so come join and hear about all the awesome upcoming events!

Don't forget these two biggies:

Thursday night at 7:30PM: Majora Carter's "Green the Ghetto-And How Much it Won't Cost Us" in Oeschle 224
Friday (all day) conference on sustainability--see details and registration below.

See ya tomorrow! :)

 Lehigh Valley Student Sustainability Conference

This Friday is the student sustainability conference being held at Northampton Community College’s Fowler Center,  511 E. Third Street, Bethlehem, PA.  Registration is on the 3rd floor from 8-9AM.

We are hoping that students from Lafayette will participate by attending and/or bring a poster with easel to present their green projects to the student community.

The event starts at 9AM with Alex Grosskurth speaking on “How to Effectively Organize on Campus to bring About Sustainability.”

Afterwards the one hour track presentations will commence.  There are two tracks with two presentations each making four total presentations from which to choose.

During lunch, the poster session will ensue followed by a student campus sustainability panel.

If you are interested in attending, register here:

Would it be possible to send this off to the LEAP students?

Do you know who will be representing LEAP for the panel discussion?

Sue
