Hey you lovely LEAPlings,

Cool new event.
"We Speak"
7 PM, Colton Chapel, TONIGHT, Wednesday December 9, 2009.
LINC (Lafayette Intercultural Networking Council) is a giant conglomerate of all the activist-y groups on campus, and is hosting this new event called "We Speak." In a nutshell, faculty and administration (think Pres. Weiss, the Deans, Provost, and other faculty members) are going to be attending this event to listen to the comments (praise and/or criticism welcome!) that we have about the campus, regarding clubs, activism, and other such matters.
The set-up is simple - there's an open mic near the front of the chapel, and we're just welcome to just walk up and give our thoughts and reflections to the crowd. This NOT a DISCUSSION, just an open space to speak our mind.

Come! If nothing else, I'm sure it'll spark some interesting conversation on campus for a little while.

Though it's late in the game, feel free to invite any professors that you think might be interested, too.

Sincerely,
Christina

PS - NEW SNOWFALL!
