Leapers - 20 years ago last week, on November 8, 1989 LEAP was officially launched when 10% of the student body came to LEAP's first meeting at Pardee 102. We packed the joint with about 250 students. It was amazing!
The attached letter was sent the following week to President Ellis.
Y'all are doing great work and are keepers of a sacred torch - inspired, committed student activists shining a light toward a more sustainable future.
Thanks for all your great work. Keep it up and keep passing along the torch!
