possible topic for paper proposal

Dear friends, happy new year etc! By a coincidence I was appointed to
write a review article on some new (2006...) Austrian art DVD:s (in
the INDEX series, issued by Sixpackfilm) this holiday. One of them
contained a video by Kerstin Cmelka, "Neurodermitis", and I saw there
a possible topic for a Leonardo paper, i. e. something about the use
of the artist's body in film and video art in order to get free from
body politics and to subvert common ideological concepts of "body",
"beauty", "sexuality" etc.I don not know it this is a good idea at
all, but this is what I have for the moment. If anyone of you are
interested in Kerstin Cmelka's works , let me know!

I certainly hope that we would have some works that deal with the body
or sexuality...
