I would have loved to be in the discussion on interviews today, because I’m going to be conducting some soon for a Software Developer in Test position we just posted this week at Attachmate. Attachmate has a really great culture built on humility, respect and trust (stole that directly from Team Geek, but I mean it!). We’re not producing sexy products, but we are using cutting edge tools and technology to build them. There’s a growing understanding and advocacy for Lean thinking and using Kanban in Engineering, but there’s still a long way to go for the company and bringing an advocate into the fold would be ideal!
