*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
Westlake Robotics is sponsoring the meeting space for this month’s Fremont Agile MeetUp event. We’ll meet downstairs in the Commons room on the 2nd floor of the AGC Building at 5:30 on Thursday, July 17.
At last month’s Fremont Agile Meetup, I met Poncho Rivera who will be leading this month’s event. Having been in and worked with different branches of the military, Poncho has a perspective on lean, agile, collaboration and teamwork that’s complementary to most of our corporate experience.
Poncho’s company is offering a free version of a training. It’s normally priced at many kilobucks.
If you’d like to attend the event, please register via the MeetUp link below.
I don’t remember what STEALTH stands for, but I do remember that H is a reminder to end on a high note.
Hope to see you there,
Michael
Topic: STEALTH Debrief (retrospective)
Just in time for SEAFAIR and the return of the U.S. Navy Blue Angels, join us on July 17th to learn how to hold a retrospective (debrief) like our nation's fighter pilots!
Brian "Ponch" Rivera will deliver an interactive seminar on Afterburner's STEALTH debrief, a nameless and rankless approach to the most important ceremony in Agile.
