Hi everyone,

When I posted about being available to do Board Walks with kanban teams in Seattle, I received several requests for more information.

This details what we do on a Board Walk. Also, the attached case study discusses just one observation from a recent Board Walk.

I have a few Board Walk clients in Seattle, but would always like (as I said) work in Seattle that keeps me off an airplane. :-)

If you'd like me to come in and do a Board Walk with your teams, let me know.

Nice...  Thanks, Jim.

I, too, have taken a bunch of pictures of boards as I walk around, but I wouldn't characterize mine as speed dating.  Flirting, maybe.  Nah, more like friendly playing.  And, yes, as a mammal, I did learn from that.

One of my favorites was at U.W. in a group full of artists.  The path through the board looked like a board game, complete with characters from "The Wizard of Oz".  When something was blocked, a flying monkey flew out of the castle and lurked on the item.

Best,
Michael
