Leaners,
Sue Woehrlin is one of the co-developers of the "Group Works Card Deck" that I've had copies of for a while. She also teaches at Antioch. She's got a lot of experience teaching groups, and is passing this expertise on to others.
Would you be interested in expanding your lean/agile skills by expanding your group facilitation skills? If so, please contact Sue.

> I'm launching a new endeavor: a professional development group for positional or emergent leaders wanting to learn participatory group facilitation methods. I'm writing to ask for your help in spreading the word if this learning opportunity sounds right for someone in your network.

> The group will be intimate-- limited to just 8 participants-- and meet biweekly for ten sessions over 4 months (in my home on Queen Anne in Seattle). There will be lots of individualized consultation and an emphasis on peer learning. Of course I will be incorporating the Group Pattern Language/Group Works deck, but also drawing on many modalities and methodologies.

> The ideal participant will have some group leadership experience already, be involved currently in a context in which she can experiment with new learnings, and be receptive to peer learning.

> I'm excited about branching out to work in a new mode, and with an expanded groups of learners. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about this.
>
> I've attached the simple flyer with full details-- both a pdf copy for easy email forwarding, along with a WORD docx version in case you have an opportunity to copy and paste into some other format.

> Thanks so much for passing along word to potentially interested contacts in your circles!
