So, you've all heard me talk on and on about why one needs to limit WIP.
We just released a book about it.
This is a sort-of business novel that follows our hero, Eldred, as he navigates the waters of really bad and really common management.
One of my goals for this book was also to show how easily management and non-management can work together - and that overload on both sides is a major cause of dysfunction.
The Foreword for this one is by my friend Gene Kim who wrote the Phoenix Project.
The book lives here. Allegedly, if you buy the physical version, you can get the kindle for 99 cents. That's how I told them to do it, anyway.
