TileStache or PostGIS capabilities?

Hi Jason,

I am looking to add a TileStache vector overlay to my Leaflet map. I have over 600,000 polygons in a PostGIS database. I have the TileStache rendering up and working in Polymaps, but am lost as to how best to do this in Leaflet. Each polygon will need hover and click capabilities, too.

Does your plugin allow for this? Is there a modification I could make that would help?
