ReferenceError: L is not defined and Error: Leaflet must be loaded first

I have the most current leaflet source, and it works fine when I test it by loading the map directly from my desktop. This issue happens when I host my map through Google Drive. It seems to be a script load order error, but I can't fix it. Ironically, it works in internet explorer but not in firefox or chrome. Any suggestions?
