Leaflet tooltip permanent with polyline animated

Hello, everyone

I'm using the plugin motion (https://github.com/Igor-Vladyka/leaflet.motion) to animate the vehicle trip on the polyline, i tried put tooltip or label on the marker icon, but it's not working, anyone know how to i use tooltip permanent on the marker animation.
