LeafLet markers from Google Spreadsheet

Hi,
Got a liste of thousand of poi under leaftlet (with coordinates) and i would like to display it under leaflet, but i don't find how ...
Also would like to put permanent markers (always displayed on the map) in contrary of marker which will be showed like this kind of map (http://www.nytimes.com/newsgraphics/2013/quiet/#/map/).
