Leaflet license without cloudmade maps

Hi,
My employer is researching using LeafLet in a paid intranet application. We are not planning to use CloudMade maps at this stage - the maps will be supplied by our server.
The amazingly short Leaflet license (available e.g. at https://github.com/CloudMade/Leaflet/blob/master/LICENSE) indicates that Leaflet is a free control even in commercial context.
Could you confirm this?
