Is there anyone that has been be able to write a script to fetch exonic annotations from leaf cutter intron boundaries using reference annotations?
It is quite complicated because not every intron will have an annotated exon (since leaf cutter does not use transcriptomic annotations).
But presumably, people map the intron boundaries onto genes pretty easily, I just wonder if anyone has be successful in getting to a regional resolution (like which exon # an intron in a given cluster is referring to, etc).
