Dear All,

Last night we have a meeting with Madam Inaya, she offered me the Umsuquiem hall for girls to do our event activities, Advised her our event activity, she told me that we dont require permit. 

If that is the case, I will prepare a contract for us to be safe.

these are the agreement we had verbally:

1) Since we dont have permit she will charge  250/hour for the venue and time available is 10 am - 5pm only.

2) she will charge each table for the tiange 50 AED/table. 

3) they will not allow man & ladies dance like a disco which im sure we will not do it ,we will only watch , listen and dance by ourselves ( no partner).

4) they will allow dance performance & singing .

5) but there should be a basketball game advise her that there there will be an exhibition game (friendly game) only.
