medics on sportfest event report

Dear All,

Greetings to you all! 

sorry for delay report hectic schedule, here are the ff report we have from first to fourth game are as follows:

1)  game held in Al Shabab - no accident happen

2) game held in Al Twar 2 sports - 2 players minor accident

a) on the left eye (ice compress applied & small open wound, treated the wound & put band aid to avoid infection. 

b) sprain on the right leg. The medic used his reflexes massage to avoid swelling & put bandage on his leg.

  

3) game held in Um Suqueim girls Sport  in Jumeirah - one minor sprain ( applied spray pain reliever and put bandaged  . 

4) game gel in AL Twar 3 - two minor accident

a) one player wounded on his right eye - press the wound to avoid eye blood clot, apply ice packed, clean the wound and applied band aid.

b) one child fell down and bump his head on the floor hence swollen on the right side of his head. iced applied till subside the swollen part. advised the mother to take him to the doctor for further check up. Medic are not responsible for any cause happen.

On our next game to be held in Al TWAR 3,

hoping on the next 4 games left,  will be in a smooth flow of operation, no accident will happen. Just help us pray at all times.

correction ko po yung word previously sent i supposed to mention as injury not accident , accident seems too grevious incident.

it seems best word to use is injury....sorry
