🖥 Desktop Support IV

• 10+ years of technical support experience
• Device imaging, deployment, account management, application deployment
• Strong customer service focus
• Experience integrating with agency configuration management

📊 Project Manager II

• 10 years of IT project management experience
• Skilled in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall
• Proven business analysis and technical specification skills
• Strong leadership, organization, and stakeholder communication

🛠 Technical Architect

• 4+ years designing, building, and securing on-premises & cloud hosting environments
• WAN/LAN configurations, routing, VPN, firewall setup and management
• Network monitoring and performance optimization
• Cloud & on-prem authentication, role-based security (Nice to have: CJIS compliance)

🗄 PeopleSoft Database Administrator

• Expertise in PeopleTools 8.61 and Campus Solutions 9.2
• SQL Server 2022 & Windows Server 2022 administration
• Patching, environment refreshes, project migrations, and performance troubleshooting
• Ability to manage complex integrations and ensure system stability

📍 Locals – Must be able to work onsite in Madison, WI
