Sorry about creating extra chatter, so to limit followups, if you’re happy with the status quo, just toss this and forget I raised the issue.

I keep getting these EventBrite notifications. I don’t have a problem with that, I mostly toss ‘em in the trash.

The question is, am I getting these because I’m listed as A contributor to the EventBrite process, or because I’m THE contributor/owner or some such?

Put another way, are you getting these too, or am I the only one? And if I’m the only one, do you even care? And if anyone cares, how do we tweak EventBrite to put the word out to those who care?

Or are these completely redundant anyway, since you post using Walter’s postevent tool anyway, which just doesn’t fail often enough to concern you?

Again: if you are happy with the status quo, toss this message and I’ll say no more. The alternative is to generate a ticket and put it on the tech backlog.

I think you're getting them because you're on the in...@agileaustin.org alias.  That is the email address associated with the owner of the Eventbrite account.

These were driving me crazy as well. I thought mine were coming from trea...@agileaustin.org and I've logged into eventbrite on that account and toned it down.

Order confirmations are now turned off for in...@agileaustin.org. We will still get emails about upcoming events and a summary of saved events.
