Hi folks,

Chris Durand tells me Bridge360 is moving (immediately) into temporary, more modest digs, so we need a new venue for the Book Club right away, potentially for a few months.

In particular, we need a place to meet next week, Thursday 10/16.

More generally, we meet 1st and 3rd Thursdays, roughly 6-9pm (in practice, we start eating around 6, really get started around 6:30, and are always out well before 9).

If you’ve got a venue and are willing to host short or long term, please let me know right away. Thanks,

Ned

PS, I’m posting this to several Agile Austin groups, please excuse any duplicates.

I'll see if I can help.  I'm working on the same thing for my new group, and can ask about this too.

I'll ping you with any leads I get.

Hey Ned,

Now that I'm back in the area, I should be able to host at Rackspace in Austin though unfortunately not for this upcoming engagement.

Keep me in the loop for future book club events as I can definitely help.

Replying to this 2nd thread on the topic.  Agile Velocity can host this month.  We had someone volunteer to support the event.

Thanks, Mark; David had said the same thing. I’ll arrange for food, so the only thing your volunteer has to do is make sure we can get through the doors. That said, please say who and their mobile number, thanks.

I've copied Dena Laterza on this email. I'll let you coordinate offline.
