At the outset, I
would like to thank you for your continuous support and Once again we the Lead India 2020 Coimbatore chapter is
adopting the 3rd school in Coimbatore jointly with CBE City
Police.
We would like to thank our
beloved Coimbatore City Police Commissioner Dr.C.Sylendra
Babu IPS for the support
and also we would be sponsoring 5
computers and also distributing cooking vessels and planting the
saplings at the school premises.
In this regard we
GE Volunteers have donated 5 Computers and RAAC and
Members also contributed to this
project.

As discussed with yourself , We the Coimbatore Lead
India 2020 team is ready to organise 6 days Train the Training Program for 100
youth at the age limit of 18 - 25 years.
We have the venue at Chinmaya Gardens , Coimbatore ,
This is a place of Ashram and it can accommodate approx 110 people with stay and
food.
We would request you to kindly give us the date as 31st
Jan 2011 - 6 th of Feb 2011. The Valedictory can be 5th evening or 6th feb 2011
morning at Kikani School Auditorium.
Once you confirmed on the above dates we will
officially book the Ashram and go head with preparations and will give the
detail press release about the event and will also select the participants based
on their interests.
I have also informed our Dist Collector and
Commissioner of Police about this program and they are ready to support on the
same.
Looking forward to here from you on your confirmation
for us to proceed further.
