My take-away from Silver Bay

In response to Clint's email on 8/24, here are a couple of thoughts,
which I hope will help us refine and clarify our mission for the
Silver Bay Leadership Forum:

After attending this year's Leadership Forum, I walked away with:
clarity on where I want to be personally and professionally in the
next 2 years ...the courage to tackle my toughest business challenges...
fresh ideas that have kick-started my creative juices to life...the
leadership skills needed to fully engage my team in our work...and a new
business model that has revealed the vital link that organizations and
corporations must play in addressing the world's problems.
