The "Inner Work" of leadership development.
There are few places I go where I am inspired and challenged by such
content and context that requires reflection, processing, additional
conversation and a community of support. Be it the place, the people
(corporate, non-profit, government, retired, volunteer, family), the
content, conversations or community, there is a magic that comes
together at the Leadership Forum at Silver Bay. It provides me the
time, place, space and people to address the deepest aspects of the
"inner work" of leadership development that is so needed to survive in
our complex world. This place and community feeds and fuels me,
preparing me for my leadership journey, my desire to make this world a
better and more peaceful place...where ever I, where ever we may be.
