Greetings my friends! I hope everyone continues to be engaged and
inspired from our 90th Leadership Forum. I know ideas and thoughts
continue to come to me providing me with hope and peace for what is
possible in the future.

I know that on my leadership journey others, from every corner of the
world, continue to teach me and fill me with ageless wisdom. In
keeping with the spirit of sharing I propose this space as a place for
people to share insights about how the Social Identity Explorer
program impacted them and I propose this space as a place where people
can share how the tool/activity could be improved. This could come
from someone using it and facilitating it in a different way or, or,
or. Please share. Explain the situation, context. Please share it as
it will enrich my life and help to develop this tool which hopefully
enrich the lives of those who experience it in the future. Thanks in
advance for your contribution. Below are a few questions to consider:

What changes should be made to the instructions on the cards to make
them clearer?
What kind of questions did you as participants have about the process
or cards?
What categories (new cards) should we add?
Were any of the category words unclear or inappropriate for you?
Was the text size readable for all participants?
Should we add to or remove the number of blank cards? How many blank
cards would be ideal?
What new activities would you suggest?
What supporting material would be helpful for us to provide?
What suggestions do you have for improving Social Identity Explorer?

Peace...
