I just finished reading the latest issue of the Harvard Business Review (see January 2008) with the cover title being Leadership and Strategy.

It seems there's something in there for everyone in this group - but in particular:

Some of you navigating transition, or considering one, or helping others in this area, will also appreciate " How to Change the World" (and the four commentaries that follow it).
