Accountability: A year Later

On Valentines Day, 2008, John Cook posted a file on this site
entitled "How to Combat a Culture of Excuses and Promote
Accountablitly".

I confess, I missed it at the time.

While preparing to post notes on our second "Dilemma Dialogue" this
week , I came across it.

And it was perfect timing- On Monday I am working with a group of
managers to address accountability issues in their department, and
this article willl prove helpful.

So, John, thanks for the Valentine.

My hope , and I know the hope of others, is that we can reenergize
this site and make it a repository of ongoing constructive dialgoues,
articles, points of view, reflections, and questions.
